The closing date for receipt of applications under the feed voucher scheme was originally 20 November but was subsequently extended to 27 November in order to facilitate intending applicants who had not submitted applications by that date. The scheme itself and the extended closing date were widely advertised in the local and national newspapers. I do not propose a further extension of the closing date.
