I have sanctioned the establishment of a community school in Lismore, County Waterford. It will cater for approximately 700 pupils and will be developed on the site of the existing Christian Brothers secondary school.
As the project has only recently been approved, and architectural planning has to be undertaken it is not possible to state at present when construction work will commence.
