Question:64 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for the Environment if he has assessed the implications for Irish students abroad of the Supreme Court ruling on 28 November 1990 that students may register to vote both at home and at their place of academic study, in view of the fact that students cannot register at home if they are not resident at home on 15 September in the year in which the register is being prepared.
