Question:122 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Justice the up-to-date position on the promised renovations to Carrick-on-Suir Garda station in County Tipperary; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Written Answers. - Garda Stations' Renovations.
A major refurbishment scheme is planned for Carrick-on-Suir Garda station, County Tipperary.
The Office of Public Works are being instructed to proceed with the invitation of tenders with a view to commencing work on the scheme as soon as possible.

Question:123 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Justice when the urgently needed renovations will be carried out to Cashel Garda station, Cashel, County Tipperary; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Cashel Garda station, County Tipperary, is among a number of Garda stations which require renovation works to be carried out to them. It is not possible to indicate, at this stage, when work on this project will commence but there will be no avoidable delay.
