84 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Environment if there are any regulations governing the management and control of stores in local authorities.

The management and control of stores by local authorities are governed by Articles 35, 36, 37, 38 and 40 of the Public Bodies Order, 1946 (as amended).
