70 Dr. G. FitzGerald asked the Minister for Justice the reason a visa was refused to a doctor (details supplied) who has applied to specialise in obstetrics and has been allotted a place in a fee paying diploma course in Trinity College, Dublin 1.

It is not the practice to disclose the reasons for the refusal of visa applications and I do not propose to depart from that practice in this case.
