94 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Environment the instructions, if any, he has given to Dún Laoghaire Corporation in relation to the St. Helen's Road Preservation, for which £3 million has been committed, in view of Dún Laoghaire Corporation's decision to delete the St. Helen's Road from its plans.
