Vol. 447 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Written Answers. - Children's School Places.

Mary Harney

Question:

330 Miss Harney asked the Minister for Education if she has received correspondence in respect of three young persons (details supplied) in Tallaght, Dublin 24, who are currently out of school; the plans, if any, she has to intervene to help secure school places for these children so that they can avail of not only normal education but remedial and psychological services as well; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [3036/94]

There is no record in my Department of correspondence in respect of the three young persons concerned.

If the Deputy will let me have particulars of the young persons concerned, including names and addresses of the most recent schools attended by these persons and the dates in each case, I will arrange to have inquiries made and I will advise her of the outcome in due course.
