Vol. 457 No. 7

Written Answers. - Carrickmacross (Monaghan) School.

Rory O'Hanlon

Question:

238 Dr. O'Hanlon asked the Minister for Education when work will commence on permanent accommodation for the Patrician High School, Carrickmacross, County Monaghan; when this work will be completed; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [16384/95]

The question of commencement of work does not arise until all stages of the planning process have been satisfactorily completed. The present position is that an official from my Department will be visiting the Patrician high school shortly to assess the school's accommodation requirements. Following receipt and examination of this assesment, the Department will be in contact with the school authorities.
