256 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for Justice the current position regarding the replacement of the building to house Drogheda District and Circuit Court, County Louth; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [16209/95]

This matter is the subject of ongoing High Court proceedings and I do not propose to comment further until such time as the High Court proceedings are finalised.
