Question:117 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice if a person (details supplied) is a shareholder in a commonage (details supplied); if this commonage is being divided; and the outcome of the shares of this commonage. [3267/96]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no commonage registered on the folio number quoted, which has been closed to another folio. However, the name and address of one of the registered owners of that folio coincides with that of the individual named by the Deputy. In order to clarify the situation, I will write to the Deputy with full details of the registrations on the folio.
