Liam Lawlor

Question:

75 Mr. Lawlor asked the Minister for the Environment the progress, if any, made on the provision of the £60,000 odour treatment system at Esker pumping station, Lucan, County Dublin having regard to the hazards to public health posed by the gas emissions from the station as well as the considerable foul odour nuisance in the locality as a consequence of these emissions; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4080/96]

My Department is awaiting proposals from South Dublin County Council for this scheme.
