253 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children if the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 will be examined in view of the fact she has been trying to have essential repairs done to gutters by the eastern community works division of the Eastern Health Board and who has been ignored by the Eastern Health Board for almost two years. The housing aid scheme for the elderly in the Dublin area is administered by the Eastern Health Board on behalf of the Department of the Environment and Local Government.

I have asked the chief executive officer of the Eastern Health Board to investigate this case as a matter of urgency and respond directly to the Deputy with the board's findings.
