Question:295 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 102 of 28 January 1999, the number of times the advisory group in relation to the scheme of grants for the conservation of protected buildings has met; the terms and conditions of the proposed scheme; the capital allocated for this purpose in 1999; the amounts to be allocated to each county borough, corporation and county council; and when the scheme will commence.
