324 Ms Clune asked the Minister for Education and Science the reason he will not give recognition to the junior certificate course in a college (details supplied) in Cork; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11503/99]

This matter is the subject of ongoing consideration within my Department. I have already indicated to the college concerned that because the issues raised by the application are multi-faceted and complex they require detailed and careful consideration.
