270 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when he will schedule a hearing in respect of the compulsory purchase order of lands at a location (details supplied) in Dublin north-east. [15572/01]

Dublin Corporation submitted the Clonshaugh Road – Newbury Estate – Riverside Park area compulsory purchase order 2000 for confirmation by the Minister for the Environment and Local Government. The functions of the Minister in relation to the determination of compulsory purchase orders were transferred to An Bord Pleanála under the Planning and Development Act, 2000, with effect from 1 January 2001. Any queries in this matter should be referred to An Bord Pleanála.
