137 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the proposals he has to provide money other than money under the European Union co-financed specific improvement grant scheme for the completion of the upgrading of the road from Waterford City to Waterford airport; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
