Written Answers. - State Property.

Batt O'Keeffe

Question:

108 Mr. B. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Finance the position regarding the Coastguard Station Houses in Crosshaven; and when they will be handed over to Cork County Council. [30306/01]

The Commissioners of Public Works have made some progress in buying out the superior interest in this property. Further work remains to be done before the houses can be offered for sale. There are no plans to hand over the coastguard station houses to Cork County Council.
