Question:538 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason a project (details supplied) has been closed down; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7702/03]
Written Answers - Garda Operations.
I am informed by the Garda authorities that it is anticipated that the Garda youth diversion project referred to by the Deputy will not close down although the management company which has been running the project for a number of years will no longer continue to do so. A new management structure for the project is in the process of being put in place.
