100 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason for the delay regarding an application for a folio map by a person (details supplied) in County Roscommon; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16267/03]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for copy folio file plan which was lodged on 9 May 2003 – dealing No. P2003CR168612Y refers. I am further informed that the application will be completed within the next two weeks.
