Amendments Nos. 18 and 19 are related and both may be discussed together.
SECTION 13.
I move amendment No. 18:
In page 9, line 1, after "judge" to insert "of the District Court assigned to the Dublin Metropolitan District".
This is a technical amendment and the inclusion of these words would tighten up the definition.
It is not adding anything to the Bill; it is making it more ponderous. However, as I said in relation to amendments Nos. 9, 10, 11, 13 and 17, I will discuss it again if the Deputy gives me an opportunity to talk to the parliamentary draftsman between now and Report Stage.
