There may be Report Stage amendments to sections 19 and 20. On page 11, "the 1st day of January, 1993" is mentioned on six occasions. Some of these may need to be changed to a current or future date. The Pensions Board will advise me on this and I hope to have the matter clarified by Report Stage.
