Joint Committee on Transport and Communications has written to daa on security officer staffing levels at Dublin Airport and passenger queues

The Joint Committee on Transport and Communications chaired by Deputy Kieran O’Donnell has written to the daa today to express its concerns around security officer staffing levels at Dublin Airport and has asked the daa to keep the Committee informed about security staffing levels and passenger queues during the Christmas period.

The Committee will be inviting the daa’s new CEO to appear before the Committee at its first meeting back in the new year on Wednesday 18th January.

 

The Joint Committee on Transport and Communications has 14 Members, nine from the Dáil and five from the Seanad.
