The Joint Committee on Transport and Communications will meet today, Wednesday, 1st March at 3pm in Committee Room 2 of Leinster House, for Pre-legislative Scrutiny of the general scheme of the Merchant Shipping (Investigation of Marine Accidents) Bill 2022.
The Committee will hear from Michael Kingston, Ciaran McCarthy BL and Captain Stephen Clinch.
