Question:

107 Mr. Garland asked the Minister for Finance if he will outline, in respect of the Office of the Revenue Commissioners, the total number of job sharers in that office who were required to revert to a lower grade to avail of job sharing; the total number taking part in the following job sharing regimes (1) week on-week off, (2) day on-day off, (3) alternative morning-afternoon, (4) split week and (5) other arrangements; and if he will give a breakdown by gender of the number of people in his Department in each grade who are currently job sharing.

There were no job-sharers required to revert to a lower grade to avail of job-sharing.

The number of officers taking part in the following job-sharing regimes are:

(1) week-on/week-off: 413

(2) day-on/day-off: Nil

(3) alternative morning/afternoon: 6

(4) split week: 25

(5) other arrangements: Nil

The number of job-sharers within grades broken down by gender in the Office of the Revenue Commissioners is as follows:
