To ask the Minister for Local Government if he is aware that Mr. P.J. Murphy, Rate Collector, Athy, has not left any forms to be filled up for the purpose of registration of votes at any house in his district; and if he is prepared to take any action in the matter.
CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. - DEFAULT OF RATE COLLECTOR.
A report as to the default of this Collector in carrying out his duties was received by me on the 17th instant. The Collector has been informed that unless the Electors Lists are completed and handed in at once he will be suspended. All necessary action will be taken in the matter.
