asked the Minister for Defence what is the reason for the detention, in Tralee, without charge, of Mr. Dan M'Gillycuddy, of Quaybawn, Glenbeigh, Co. Kerry, who was arrested on April 8th; whether it is proposed to bring any charge against Mr. M'Gillycuddy, and if not, whether he will be released.
