The National Education Commissioners appointed by the President of the Executive Council for the purposes of the National Education Commissioners' Order (No. 10 of 1923) are Seósamh Ó'Néill, Secretary to the Ministry of Education, and Pádraic Ó Brolcháin, Assistant Secretary to the Ministry and Chief Executive Officer of National Education. I am quite satisfied as to the qualifications of these Commissioners. They receive no remuneration for carrying out the duties of the Board. The terms of their appointment may be found in the Order already referred to (No. 10 of 1923).
