asked the Minister for Defence if he will state whether the soldier who fired the shot which killed the Civic Guard, Michael Lyons, at Belturbet, Co. Cavan, on the night of the 15th August, 1923, has yet been tried, and, if so, with what result, and, if not, when he will be tried.
