REPORT OF THE JOINT COMMITTEE ON THE APOTHECARIES HALL, DUBLIN, BILL, 1924.

1. The members of the Joint Committee were as follows:—

Séamus Dubhglas, Seanadóir, Cathaoirleach; Seán MacCumhaill, Sir Séamus Craig agus Liam Mac Síoghaird, Teachtai; Tomás Beinéid, Muiris O Mordha Coirnéal, agus Enrí de Barnabhál, Seanadóirí.

Senator J.G. Douglas, Chairman, Deputies J.J. Cole, Sir James Craig, Wm. Sears; Senators T.W. Bennett, Colonel M. Moore, H.L. Barniville.

2. Do bhreithnigh an Có-Choiste an Bille, Déardaoin 27 Mí na Samhna, 1924.

2. The Joint Committee considered the Bill on Thursday, the 27th November, 1924.

3. Tá an Có-Choiste á thuairisciú gur scrúduíodar Roimhrá an Bhille agus nár dineadh, chun sastachta dhóibh, na curtha-i-leith atá ann do chruthú.

3. The Joint Committee report that they have examined the Preamble of the Bill, and that the allegations therein contained have not been proved to their satisfaction.

4. Le linn an Bhille do bhreithniú bhí os a gcóir ag an gCó-Choiste tuairisc ar an mBille ón Roinn Rialtais Aitiúla agus Sláinte Puiblí.

4. In considering the Bill the Joint Committee had before them a report on the Bill from the Department of Local Government and Public Health.
