Before the Minister speaks on this Bill, I should like to say that we have not been notified of the amendments from the Seanad which the Minister proposes to take. I think it would be well if the Minister were to give us notice of the amendments from the Seanad that he proposes to accept, and then give us a few hours to consider them. Perhaps this Bill could be taken a little later in the evening.
PUBLIC BUSINESS. - FORESTRY BILL, 1928—FROM THE SEANAD.
There are twenty-one amendments from the Seanad, and I propose to accept them all. I should say that three-fourths of them are drafting amendments. The only amendments of importance are numbers 13, 14 and 15.
Would the Minister be satisfied to take this Bill a little later to-day, because so far we have not been made aware of the amendments that he proposes to accept?

I take it now that there is a fair understanding that doing what the Deputy suggests will not be regarded as an opportunity for presenting such obstacles as regards the consideration of item No. 6 that we will not be able to get over it to-day in order to reach the Forestry Bill?
That is not my intention. I do not know what is going to happen to item No. 6. I would be satisfied if the business under consideration at 6 or 7 o'clock were interrupted for the purpose of taking the Forestry Bill.
