asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will state the number of ordinary telegrams and Press pages forwarded and delivered in each month between April 1st, 1927, and March 31st, 1929, by the Department of Posts and Telegraphs from (a) metropolitan offices, and (b) other offices, together with the total receipts and expenses in respect of the telegraph service during each of the following years which ended March 31st, 1928, and March 31st, 1929.
