asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether he has received an extensively signed memorial from residents in Ardara district requesting that a road be constructed at Ranny, in the townland of Carn (or Derryness) in the parish of Ardara, County Donegal, and whether in view of the urgent necessity for the construction of this road and the large amount of unemployment existing in this area, he will make the necessary arrangements for the work to be commenced as soon as possible.

An extensively signed memorial from residents in Ardara district was received requesting the construction of a bog road at Ranny, in the townland of Carn. A grant has been sanctioned for the construction of the road out of the moneys provided by the Relief Vote. In struction has been issued to have the work started as soon as possible.
