We propose to take the Estimates as on the Order Paper until 7.30, after which we propose to take the Cement (No. 2) Bill; the Local Government (Extension of Franchise) Bill and the Cork Tramways (Employees' Compensation) Bill.

The Cement Bill which the Vice-President announces is to be taken only reached me this morning.
I think it was circulated some weeks ago. The only change in it is a change of Title.
I understood it was a new Bill.
It is not a new Bill.
The only change is in the Money Resolution.
And the amendment of the Minister, now embodied as a new section.
