We propose to take the business on the Order Paper as follows:—Nos. 7, 8, 4, 5, 6, 9 and 10. Business will be interrupted from 6.30 to 7.30 in order to take No. 9. Public business is not to be interrupted at 9.30 and, if the House is agreeable, we propose to take Item No. 10 at 9.30 p.m.
Order of Business.
Before we proceed with the Orders of the Day, can the Minister for Justice inform us when the House is likely to rise for the summer recess. It will be in his recollection that some months ago it was stated the House would rise on the 6th July. Many Deputies made arrangements accordingly and they are not now able to be here. This is a matter of importance. If the Minister does not feel it is a question he can answer at the moment, I can repeat it on another occasion.
I could not answer the question at the moment. I will have to consult others. Perhaps the Deputy will repeat the question to-morrow.
I shall raise the question again to-morrow.
