The particulars sought under this part of the question are not available in the Department.
Can the Minister kindly tell us what is the difference in authority between a Senior Industrial Inspector and an Industrial Inspector? I notice from the reply that there is one senior inspector and ten ordinary inspectors.
I cannot tell the Deputy just now what are the exact differences in regard to the functions. The functions, I presume, would be somewhat similar but the Senior Industrial Inspector would have a larger jurisdiction. I will write the Deputy on the matter.
