In accordance with Section 101, sub-section (2), of the Local Government (Dublin) Act, 1930, I have appointed the following tribunal to report on the boundaries and joint public health services of Dublin:— Chairman: Mr. George Gavan Duffy, S.C. Members: Mr. T.C. Courtney, Chief Engineering Adviser to the Department of Local Government and Public Health; Mr. R.J. Baker, Inspector of Audits, Department of Local Government and Public Health.
