I move:—
Go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú go n-íocfaí amach as airgead a sholáthróidh an tOireachtas aon chostaisí fé n-a raghaidh an tAire Talmhaíochta chun éifeacht do thabhairt d'aon Acht a rithfear sa tSiosón so chun an Achta um Beithígh agus Caoire do Mharbhadh, 1934, do leasú i slite iomdha agus, go sonnrách, chun dleachta do ghearradh ar bheithígh agus ar chaoire marbhófar in áit eile seachas in áirtreabh chláruithe agus chun Coda IX den Acht san do leasú tré mhairtfheoil do thabhairt tré dhíol ar phraghas orduithe do chur in ionad mairtfheola do thabhairt tré roinnt in aisce.
That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of Moneys provided by the Oireachtas of any expenses incurred by the Minister for Agriculture in giving effect to any Act of the present Session to amend the Slaughter of Cattle and Sheep Act, 1934, in divers respects and, in particular, to impose a levy on cattle and sheep slaughtered elsewhere than in registered premises and to amend Part IX of the said Act by substituting the supply of beef by means of a sale at a prescribed price for the supply of beef by means of distribution free of charge.
