Where an outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease has occurred precautions are taken in every case to have sacks, bags or other articles on the premises, which might convey infection, destroyed or thoroughly disinfected.
Would I be right in saying that milk has been delivered to dairy yards in the city which have already been infected and the cans returned afterwards?
