A site at Emmet Road has been advertised for letting by the Commissioners of Public Works for a number of years past. Portion of the available ground has recently been leased to the Dublin Board of Assistance for dispensary purposes. The commissioners are in negotiation with a prospective tenant for the balance of the ground, on which, it is understood, it is proposed to erect a cinema.
