asked the Minister for Justice if he will state in respect of each of the applications made for compensation under the Gárda Síochána (Compensation) Act, 1941, in respect of a member of the Gárda Síochána who died as a result of malicious injuries received in the performance of his duty (a) the name of such deceased member; (b) rank; (c) period of service, salary and allowances at time of death; (d) the circumstances of death; (e) whether he left a widow and/or children, and (f) the compensation award, if any, made.
