Vol. 96 No. 17

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Dublin Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state if the Land Commission have taken over the Lambert estate, Deanestown, Swords; and, if so, their intentions regarding it.

The Land Commission are unable to identify the estate in question from the particulars furnished. There is no person of the name of Lambert returned as the rated occupier of any lands in the townland of Deanestown, Co. Dublin.

Is the Minister aware that I have received a letter from the Land Commission to the effect that the Lambert estate is being taken over? The Minister now says that he cannot identify it.

If what the Deputy tells me is correct, I shall have further inquiries made.

It is correct.
