The Foynes Hostel has been offered for sale by public advertisement, and offers have been received from intending purchasers. The cost of erection, furnishing and fitting has not yet been fully determined, as some claims are still outstanding, but the figure is approximately £64,000. I do not consider it desirable to give the information requested in the third part of the question.
