Vol. 120 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Limerick Bus Service.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state the present position in regard to the proposed bus service from Limerick via Croom, Kilfinny, Ballingarry, Kilmeedy and Dromcollogher.

I am informed by Córas Iompair Éireann that they had recently made arrangements to inaugurate a new bus service between Broadford and Limerick via Dromcollogher, Ballingarry and Croom, but that the road authority have indicated that they are unable to approve of the road between Croom and Limerick for omnibus traffic. The company are now examining the possibility of providing an alternative service via Ballingarry and Adare.
