The amount of cheese exported in the period January-May, 1951, was 3,264 cwt. to Great Britain; 164 cwt. to the Six Counties; 71 cwt. to the Channel Islands and 234 cwt. to the United States, making a total of 3,733 cwt. exported in that period.
