asked the Minister for Finance if he is aware of the widespread dissatisfaction that has arisen during the past few years because of increases in rateable valuations, particularly when those increases follow upon necessary improvements to shops dwellinghouses and farm buildings; and, if so, if he will set up a commission to inquire into the whole system of property valuation for the purpose of taxation and rating.
