The Vocational Education Committee of the North Riding, County Tipperary, have under consideration the question of erecting a new vocational school at Newport. Information concerning the local national school population and local transport facilities as well as maps of the district have just been received from the committee and are being examined in the Department with a view to ascertaining the size and kind of school to be provided.
