The preliminary arrangements in connection with the Rathmullan pier development scheme are nearing completion. The works will be carried out by the Commissioners of Public Works who already have an engineer on the site making arrangements in regard to storage space, lay-out of workshops, etc. The commissioners hope to be moving plant and material to the site within the next four weeks.
