Vol. 133 No. 3

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business as on the Order Paper: No. 4 (Votes 54, 38, 50, 51, 52, 53, 72).

As mentioned on Thursday evening, I would like to raise the subject matter of Question No. 2 of that day, in view of the most unsatisfactory reply.

I will communicate the decision to the Deputy.

Would the Tánaiste say when it is proposed to take No. 5, the Restrictive Trade Practices Bill?

I mentioned already that the intention was to take the Second Reading of that Bill before the recess and to adjourn the Committee Stage until next session. While I cannot state the precise date, the intention is to take the Second Reading.

Can the Tánaiste not give us any indication as to when that may be?

I should say after the Estimate for the Department of Industry and Commerce.
