The proposals referred to in the question have not been approved by the Government. As I explained in reply to a Dáil question last week, the proposals were made to me by the board of Córas Iompair Éireann and, before asking the Government to make a decision on them, I am examining the reaction to them of all the interests likely to be affected by them.
